Hi gang!
Last week was a blast beginning with the Cleveland Music Club Jam Night at Doc and Louie’s! Guest hosts were Dwayne Dickman and Tony Camerato and our sponsor was Sonor Drums. Joining us on stage to rock it out were Buddy Collura, Sheila Petro, Bob Laeng, John Kerver, Jay Smith, Luke Pernici, Jimmy Deamiches, Nate Mysza, TJ Plechaty, Greg Harmon, Dave Dietke, Mike Cottom Jr., Larry Ketola, Ronny Bill, Jay Smith, Louis Johnson, Chloe Cottom, John Powell, Jason Neitenbach, Greg Kern, Dan Elliott and Mike Cottom Sr.. Thank you all so much for coming out and sharing all of your talents with us! Providing the applause, whistles, hoots and cheers were Barb, Tom, JoAnne, Amanda B., John B., Sherry, Chris, Sandy, Joe D., Vern, Kyle, Karen, Jim B., Scott, Pam, Uncle Peanuts, The Dancing Marilyns and the rest of Doc’s music loving patrons. Thanks for all of the support you give our performers week after week! Big thanks to Tracy for all of her hard work and to Doc for putting up with our crazy bunch week after week!
Next, Shady Drive was off to Twinsburg and Sassy’s Bar and Grill. We had a great time partying with Jen, Di, Ron, Monica, Laura and the Sassy’s bunch! Thanks for an awesome night!
We were up early the next morning and on the road to Freeport to play a private event. Many thanks to Tom and Jean and their gang for hosting a great shindig and for having us along! :c)
Coming up this week, we’ll kick things off with the Cleveland Music Club Jam Night at Doc and Louie’s (24280 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, 7pm – 11pm). Guest hosts this week are Rob Hayes (Shady Drive) and Kevin Fancher (Cactus Jack, Shady Drive) and our sponsor is Dirty Town Guitar and Amps. Doc’s 1/2 pound burgers (w/fries) are $4.95 and margaritas are $3 until 9pm. This is always a fun time, so don’t miss it! :c)
On Saturday, Shady Drive heads to the Fairview Tavern (21867 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, 9:30pm – 1:30am) for our monthly appearance there. Come join us at the Tavern for some hot blues, cold beer, great food and fast, friendly service!
