Coming up this week…
In just a few short hours, I’ll head to Doc and Louie’s (24280 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, 4pm – ?) with G.S. Harper and Kevin Fancher as Cleveland Music Club provides the entertainment for Doc’s St. Patrick’s Day bash! We’ll hit the stage at 4pm and play for as long as the party lasts! Doc has plenty of Guinness and Conway’s on tap as well as the rest of your favorite beverages and corned beef specials. There’s plenty of parking in Doc’s front and back lots, O’Reilly’s back lot and their front lot after they close, so come join us!
On Tuesday, I’ll be back at Doc and Louie’s (24280 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, 7pm – 11pm) for the weekly CMC Musicians’ Jam Night. As always, Doc’s amazing burgers are $4.95 (w/fries) all night and margaritas are $3 until 9pm. There’s plenty of parking in Doc’s front and back lots, O’Reilly’s back lot and their front lot after they close at 9pm. Full backline (two guitar amps, bass amp, Sonor drums, Alesis QS6 keyboard and PA) is provided, so bring your favorite axe, sticks or just your party attitude and dancing shoes and come join the fun!
Fast forward to Friday, when Shady Drive will take the stage at Irish Kevin’s (13601 Detroit Ave., Lakewood, 9pm – 1am). It’s been quite a while since we’ve played there and we’ve really missed the Kevin’s gang. Can’t wait!
Then on Saturday, Shady Drive, the North Coast Horns and Chris Hanna will appear at Doc and Louie’s (24280 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, 8pm – Midnight) to rock the house with your favorite swing, funk, blues, Motown and R&B tunes by James Brown, Chicago, Brian Setzer, Stevie Wonder, The Blues Brothers and more! Get your dancin’ shoes and party attitude ready, ’cause you’re gonna need ’em!
That’s all for this week! We’ll talk soon…
