Last week’s Cleveland Music Club Jam at Doc and Louie’s Bar & Grille kicked off the week in style. Stopping by to jam with us were John Kerver, Jay Smith, John Powell, Katyana Speckman, Ronny B, Nate Mysza, Rob Hayes, Louis Johnson, Bob Laeng, Angelo Ciu, Blake Kniola, Hayden Frosti, Carla Funk, Mike Horvath, Joe Pettit, Luke Pernici, Don Lydon, Dave Poirier, Jake Rapp, Dan Elliott, Mike Cottom, and Jason! Thanks to Cheri, Nancy, John B., Amanda B., Jason N., Jimmy D., Rachel, Lisa, Ron, Sherry, Barb, Lenna, Pete, Vern, Rob, Wes, Uncle Peanuts, the Dancing Marilyns and the rest of Doc’s music loving patrons for hanging out with us, to Sonor Drums for sponsoring and providing the prizes, to guest hosts Gary ‘G Rock’ Stulak and George F Hartwig and to Tracy and Doc for keeping the food cooking and the beer poured all night long. Next, Shady Drive was off to 42Eighty on Friday night. Thanks to Barb, Erin, Steve, Sandy, Ken, Gary, Laura, Guy, Suz, Mike, Rhonda, Jen, Di, John and Steve for coming out to party with us and to Jess and Natalie behind the bar for keeping us fed and watered all evening!
On Saturday, Shady Drive debuted at the Grayton Road Tavern. Many thanks to Jen, Cathy, Ron, Amanda, Mark and Ron for coming out and to Brandy and Lori behind the bar. We’re back there in December so keep a lookout on the calendar.
Coming up this week, Tuesday’s Cleveland Music Club Jam at Doc and Louie’s (24280 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, 7pm – 11pm) will feature guest hosts Dwayne Dickman and Tony Camerato, Doc’s 1/2 pound burgers (w/fries) for $4.95 and margaritas are only $3 until 9pm. There’s plenty of parking, good food and cold drinks and there’s never a shortage of fun, either! Come jam with us! :c)
On Friday, Shady Drive returns to the Parma Tavern (5680 Broadview Road, Parma, 10pm – 2am) where we’ll rock the night away with your favorite blues and rock tunes. The food is great and the beer is cold, so come out and kick off your weekend with us!
