Hi gang!
Tuesday’s Cleveland Music Club Jam was a great time, starting with a high octane host set courtesy of Rob Hayes and Justin Butcher. Fantastic stuff, guys. Thank you! Then it was time for some jamming! We got some great music from David Koler, Bob Laeng, John Hamley, Nate Mysza, Doug, Dan Elliott, Tom King, Greg Kern, Ron Jackson, Bob DeVries, and Buck. Rob, Greg, Justin, Papa J. and I did our best impersonation of a country band to back up Buck.. Hope you enjoyed your visit, Buck! Many thanks to you and all of this week’s jamtastic performers. Thank you Holly, Jessica, George, Vern, Patty, Ken, the Dancing Marilyns and the rest of the ‘Frog Faithful” for the good company. And thank you to our sponsor Dirty Town Guitar and Amps and to the staff and management of Bullfrog’s Sports Cafe for their continued support.
Thursday night found Brian Davidson, Bill March and me on a last-minute gig hosting the jam at Mutt and Jeff’s. Not a huge crowd but a fun night playing a lot of Beatles tunes. :c)
Saturday’s private event at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame And Museum was nothing short of amazing! A great-sounding room, fantastic accommodations for the band and an extremely fun crowd! Thank you and congratulations Lauren and Nick! Speaking of the band, my personal thanks to Rob Hayes, Blake Kniola, Chris Hanna and Dave Frank for a remarkable performance. It was a pleasure to share the stage with all of you. :c)
