Hi gang!

Last week’s CMC Jam found us back in the main room, rockin’ the house! Thanks to hosts Brian Davidson and Bill March for a kick ass host set! Also, many thanks to all of our jammers including: Bob Laeng, Gordon, John Kerver, Greg Kern, Greg McGill, Lou, Tim, Joe, “Grav” (Josh Bailey, Josh Sinclair, Clay Craig, Steve Smith), “Dry Bones Valley” (Tim, Joe, Ben) and Robert A. DeVries! Thank you to everyone who came out just to visit with us and enjoy some tunes, including: Manda, Jason, Danny, Peanuts, Vern, Gary, Derek, Dan, the Dancing Marilyns and the rest of the ‘Frog Faithful.’ As always, thanks to our sponsor Dirty Town Guitar and Amps and the staff and management of Bullfrog’s Sports Cafe.

Wednesday night’s Shady Drive performance at The Grille was another beautiful night! Many thanks to Artie and Gigi for having us out and to all of The Grille gang for coming out to hang with us and enjoy the evening! We’re back there next on July 8.

Unfortunately, our Saturday night appearance at The Grill was canceled due to weather. Rain, patios and band gear don’t mix very well. :c)

Coming up this week…

The Cleveland Music Club – CMC Jam happens every Tuesday at Bullfrog’s Sports Cafe (33137 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville, 8:30 – 12:30) Our guest hosts this week are Drew Doman and ‘Uncle’ Steve Smith! Our sponsor each and every week is Dirty Town Guitar and Amps (15230 Madison Ave. Lakewood)! Full backline (two guitar amps, bass amp, SONOR DRUMS and PA) is provided, so bring your favorite axe, sticks or just your party attitude and dancin’ shoes and come join the fun!

On Wednesday, Rob and I will guest host the Aces Middleburg Rock Show Jam Night (6849 Pearl Rd., Middleburg, 9pm – 1am). Great food, frosty drinks, great service and a huge dance floor complete with awesome in-house sound and light system. C’mon out and jam with us!

This Friday Slim N’ Shady return to Blue Turtle Tavern (29352 Lorain Rd., N. Olmsted) for Friday Happy Hour from 6-9pm! C’mon out and help us rock the house while we play your favorite classic rock and blues tunes! You can even sing along! It’s that kinda party!

Saturday marks the debut of Slim N’ Shady at the Fairview Tavern (21867 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, 9:30pm – 1:30am). The food at the Tavern is amazing (try the $10 strip steak special), the drinks are cold and the service is fast and friendly. Add an evening of your favorite tunes by Slim ‘N Shady and you’ve got a GREAT Saturday night! Let’s rock!

That’s all for this week! We’ll talk soon…

Mike :c)
