It was good to be back at Doc and Louie’s for the Cleveland Music Club Jam Night this past Tuesday. Big thanks to all of the jam night participants, Hayden Frosti, Jay Smith, Nate Mysza, Bob Laeng, Luke Pernici, Wally Marflak, Pete Vardous, Ronny B., Alex Strekal, John Kerver, George Shumway, John Powell, Jason Neitenbach, Don Lydon, Marc Alu, Mike Cottom, Greg Kern, Katyana Speckman, Mark Trigalet, Dale Hartmann, Jaime Flores, Dominick Cataldo and Carol Dieball. Honorable mention to Tony Santora who was almost convinced to play and Dan Elliott who had to leave before the end. On Friday Cactus Jack made their debut performance at Wild Billy’s Bar and Grill in Brooklyn. It was a great night with an awesome crowd and line dancers galore! Many thanks to Larry, Kristen, Jeff and Barb for stopping by to help make our debut a success!
Saturday night found me at the Fairview Tavern with Shady Drive and our special guest G.S. Harper who stepped in to handle the vocal duties and add some blistering guitar licks to boot. Big thanks to Marty, Mari, Pat, Wally, Lisa, Ron, Katyana, Amanda, Jimmy, Nate, Joe, Lisa, Denny and Al for coming out to party with us. We had a great time and hope you did too!
Coming up this week, it’s a full schedule beginning on Tuesday with the Cleveland Music Club Jam Night at Doc and Louie’s (24280 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, 7pm – 11pm). Guest hosts this week are Drew Doman and “Uncle Steve” Smith and our sponsor is Guitar Center of North Olmsted. Doc’s delicious 1/2 pound burgers (w/fries) are just $4.95 and margaritas are $3 until 9pm. There’s plenty of parking in Doc’s front and back lots, O’Reilly’s back lot and also their front lot after they close at 9pm. Come get your jam on with us!
On Wednesday, I’m back with G.S. Harper and Kevin Fancher for our monthly Cleveland Music Club “Stuffed Crust Show with Extra Cheese” at the Fairview Tavern (21867 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, 8pm – 11pm) Come join us for dinner and drinks as we play your favorite cheesy hits! You’ll be glad you did, and so will we! :c)
When Friday rolls around, you’ll find me with Shady Drive at The Mad Cactus (9175 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, 9pm – 1am) playing your favorite rock and blues hits and partying along with Teddy, Tischa and the Cactus gang. It’s always a blast, so come kick off your weekend with us!
Saturday I’ll return to the Fairview Tavern (21867 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, 9:30pm – 1:30am) with G.S. Harper, Kevin Fancher and Chris Hanna as Cleveland Music Club makes a rare weekend appearance. We’ll be playing your favorite 80’s, 90’s, classic rock, blues and country hits all night long so come on out and party with us!
